Description
A complementary feed for equines, Thunderbrook StayCalm with Valerian is a specialized blend of premium fruits, herbs, and botanicals formulated to manage your horse’s nervous system. It nutritionally supports a calm and relaxed horse, making it ideally suited to sensitive, excitable, or nervous horses by helping them to relax and concentrate on their work without losing any natural sparkle or performance drive.
Our therapeutic-grade botanical formula works in harmony with your horse’s natural physiology to ease ambient anxiety and situational stress. It may also be highly beneficial to stabled horses displaying classic stable vices or stereotypies, such as weaving or box walking, by promoting overall mental tranquility and behavioral comfort.
Important Rule Restriction and Competition Guide. Please note that the use of Valerian is strictly prohibited by the Jockey Club and FEI. This product should not be used in racing or if competing under FEI rules. For horses that are actively competing under these governing rules, we recommend our standard, non-Valerian calmer formulation to ensure full compliance.
Why feed StayCalm with Valerian?
- Enhanced herbal calming – fortified with Valerian to support relaxation and concentration in highly reactive horses.
- Calm without sedating – encourages absolute focus and relaxation during training without draining natural sparkle.
- Sensitive horse care – carefully tailored to settle highly excitable, reactive, or naturally nervous temperaments.
- Vicious stable habits – aids in reducing stress-driven stereotypic behaviors such as persistent weaving and box walking.
