Thunderbrook Hay Flakes can be used as a partial or complete forage replacement. As a complete forage replacement, feed approximately 1.5 kg per 100 kg of target body weight per day. When supplementing existing forage, 1 kg of Hay Flakes replaces 1 kg of traditional hay. For reference, a standard 1.5-litre measuring scoop holds approximately 580g of dry Hay Flakes. Always split larger daily volumes between two or more meals.

Soaking Instructions:
Thunderbrook Hay Flakes **must be soaked before feeding**. To prepare, mix 1 part of Hay Flakes with 2 parts water (a 1:2 ratio by volume) and let the product soak for approximately 5 minutes to expand into a soft, digestible mash.
